Art fund : REVISED for 2019

Hello!
About once a year or so, I touch on Benefiter Perk info to make sure it's clear, makes sense, is fair for all, etc. This time was the 'Art fund'. I realized a detail wasn't exactly fair on my end of the deal, so I revised it:
